PURCHASES; PAYMENT

Ocube IT Services accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Rupay Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Net Banking, and UPI. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Website. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by Ocube IT. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars/Euro/INR.

Shipping And Delivery

Ocube IT Services will arrange for the delivery of the products to you. You will be informed of the delivery costs before you place your order. Delivery of the products will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Ocube IT Services will arrange for the products to be delivered to you within 30 days of the date of the order.

Refund Policy

For Services, Ocube IT Services will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any product within 30 days from the date of purchase. For Software and Digital Products, Ocube IT Services will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any product within 15 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days all sales are final.

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Credit card refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used for purchase.

Ocube IT Services may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued usage of the Website after any changes to these Terms and Conditions will mean you accept those changes.
